Upper Back Massage

Sports Massage

Everyone can benefit from soft tissue therapy/sports massage. Individuals who are in physically demanding jobs or suffer from occupational, postural or emotional stress could show similar characteristics to sporting injuries. A sports massage has many reported benefits such as increased range of motion, increased flexibility, heighted sense of well-being, decreased muscle tension and can improve sleep. Above all it can help to prevent niggling injuries that inhibit performance. This treatment tends to be more intense and deeper combining key elements of Swedish massage, stretching techniques, frictions and trigger point response therapy. Your qualified and highly skilled therapist will perform a blend of these techniques to encourage optimum performance and attempt to reduce aches, pains and aid the recovery of sporting injuries.

This service is available for home visits and in the Harwich studio.
